Poor customer service

As my order did not arrive, I contacted the company on three different occasions but received no reply at all. I was beginning to think I had been scammed but as I paid through PayPal I asked them to intervene. I received my order approx five days later with a message that the company was closing down and as there was a limited number of staff my order was delayed ?????? The whole experience left a very poor impression

The sheets I received were exactly as I had ordered, I haven't used them yet but if they are anything like my previous order they should be more than adequate....

lovely sheets but terrible customer service

I love these sheets, but this order took more than a month to fulfill, even though payment was taken right away (payment shouldn’t be taken until an order is about to ship), and I got no responses at all to multiple emails requesting an update on the situation. I will not order from the company again.

Best bed linen around

A return purchase as this bed linen is so soft and attractive. Bought at a bargain price. Took several weeks for delivery because of the company's problems. Hope that the firm can continue in the future.

Great bedding - terrible delivery

I waited two months for delivery, without any communication from Nour. Goods were excellent when delivered. I would rather pay more for delivery, say £6 rather than £3, and have delivery within a few days.
