ABOUT NOUR LUXURY
Where are your products made?
All Nour Luxury products are made in factories in India that are Fairtrade certified. This means that our factories are certified as safe, free of discrimination, free of child labour, and all our workers receive benefits and good wages. Our cotton farmers in India receive a good and steady income, which gives them better security.
What type of cotton do you use?
We only use organic long staple cotton, the same staple used in Egyptian cotton bedding. Long staple cotton produces the longest, strongest and finest fibres. This means our organic bed sheets have superior levels of purity, quality, durability, and softness.
What makes your bedding luxury?
We make honest, durable & timeless products. Our long staple cotton is organically grown and handpicked in India, at small Fairtrade independent farms owned by the farmers themselves. The organic cotton is sorted with great care and then labelled in a unique system to guarantee traceability of the cotton right back to the farm. What is the Penny Appeal?
The charity Penny Appeal is running the ‘Thirst Relief’ project, to build water wells in 9 countries, providing safe water to drink, wash and clean, as well as grow crops. This will lead to healthier lives, a better chance to go to school or work, and a route out of poverty. Every product we sell at Nour Luxury will donate a portion to the Penny Appeal. So, not only does purchasing our products help farmers in India, but also gives back to children without water. Your purchase, no matter how small, makes a big difference!

What is organic bedding?
Organic bedding uses cotton that is grown without the use of toxic, persistent pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetic engineering.
What is GOTS?
GOTS stands for “The Global Organic Textile Standard". When a product has this on the label, it means that it is 100% organic. This includes the seeds used to harvest the cotton, the process of harvesting, the use of raw materials, ensuring the products are manufactured responsibly - right up to the labels. This is done to provide a trustworthy and reliable product guarantee for the customer.
Are there any other materials in your bedding?
We can guarantee that our bedding is made from 100% GOTS certified cotton only!
What are the benefits of organic cotton?
We spend a third of our lives in bed, so for this reason, the environment we sleep in has a pretty big impact on our overall health. Organic cotton is grown without the use of any synthetic, artificial fertilisers, which means there's no potential toxic pesticides and chemicals used in its production and processing. No chemical residues are trapped in the cotton threads. Therefore, our skin does not absorb anything harmful.
How does GOTS benefit people with allergies?
Organic cotton doesn't retain any chemicals, therefore people with allergies, skin conditions or with specific chemical sensitivity will greatly benefit from using organic cotton fabrics. It feels better on your skin too, as organic cotton is a lot softer. Even if you are not suffering from allergies or chemical sensitivities you will feel these benefits too.
What is GMO bedding?
GMO stands for "Genetically Modified Organism" which means it's a plant that has been modified in a laboratory using genetic engineering. This creates genes that do not occur in nature, which means using chemicals to produce and process the cotton. These chemicals have serious side effects including respiratory failure, irregular heartbeats, birth defects, and nerve damage, just to name a few. Nearly 77 million non-organic cotton farmers suffer poisoning from harmful chemicals each year. As well as this, chemical farming kills millions of beneficial insects, birds, and animals every year.
Do you have anti-allergy duvets and pillowcases?
We go the extra mile by tracing back every step to the origin of our organic cotton. We want you and your family to feel confident knowing our products are authentic and free from chemicals. This makes our premium bed linen perfect for those who are unfortunate enough to suffer from allergies, skin conditions or who have specific chemical sensitivity.
Does your bedding come in standard sizes?
We offer duvet covers, flat sheets and fitted sheets in single, double and king sizes, ensuring your specific needs are catered for. Our pillowcases come in one size only, crafted in a way that ensures their premium softness and luxurious feel. Find out more about our sizes here.
What does your Luxe Bedding Set include?
Our full luxury bedding set includes 1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet and 2 oxford pillowcases (1 Oxford pillowcase for single size set) in all sizes.
What's the difference between your Natural bed sheets and White?
We use non-toxic dyes to create our white bed sheets which are anti-allergy and therefore perfect for sensitive skin types. Our ‘Natural Bedding’ collection is made with no dyes.
What's an Oxford pillowcase?
Oxford pillowcases have a fabric border around the edge which is 7 inches. 300 single-ply thread count and long-staple cotton are used to create soft, anti-allergy pillows, perfect for people who suffer from skin allergies.
Are your sheets fitted?
Our luxury fitted sheets not only protect your mattress but also offer a luxuriously soft surface to sleep on.
How deep are your fitted sheets?
All our fitted sheets have 34cm deep pockets, which fit all mattress sizes including single, double and king.
What are flat sheets?
Flat sheets are placed between the sleeper and the duvet to make your bedding more cosy and comfortable. It also protects the duvet cover from getting dirty. On warmer nights, the flat sheet can be used by itself to cover the sleeper instead of a duvet.
What is ethically sourced bedding?
When we talk about ethical sourcing, we're referring to the way products are made. The processes put in place should be as responsible and sustainable as they possibly can. This covers everything from the environment to workers’ rights and the social impact of the supply chain.
Why is ethically sourced bedding important?
Ethically sourced products are important as they're widely acknowledged to help reduce our carbon footprint and helps farmers live a full healthy life.
What does thread count mean?
A thread count simply means the number of horizontal and vertical threads woven into one square inch of the fabric. Both vertical and horizontal threads are counted to determine the thread count. So, for example, an authentic 300-thread count sheet will be made up of 150 horizontal single-ply threads and 150 vertical single-ply threads woven together.
Why does thread count matter?
For good-quality bedding, look for a thread count between 180-300. Anything higher than a 300-thread count means the sheets and duvet covers will start to feel heavier.
What is the thread count of Nour Luxury sheets?
Our signature cotton sheets are made from a 300-thread count, delivering breathability and softness. We use ultra-premium single-ply long-staple cotton to create them, which means that the sheets have a lovely subtle lustre and a buttery soft feel against your skin. In short: they’re designed to be the softest, most comfortable sheets you will ever sleep in!

Do I need to wash my sheets before using?
We would advise to wash them before you use them for an ideal fit, since they aren’t pre-shrunk in chemicals like most sheets.
Do Nour Luxury sheets wrinkle?
We like to let nature run its course, which is why your 100% organic sheets may wrinkle more easily than conventional “wrinkle resistant” bed sheets. We would rather have wrinkles than be exposed to harsh chemicals! However, it's perfectly safe to iron them.
What is the best way to care for my Nour Luxury products?
Our products are designed to last and age beautifully. With that being said, it’s important to care for your items so they can reach their optimal potential, remembering that the cotton fibres are delicate and require special attention.
Do you have any bedding shops?
We only have an online store, however please feel free to contact us for any samples or colour swatches you may require.

How do I order?
Simply add your chosen product to your cart, click checkout, enter your details, choose your shipping method and your luxurious bedding will be delivered to your door!
How can I cancel an order?
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us or email info@nourluxury.com as soon as possible.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will process the refund and cancel the order for you. If it has been dispatched, you will have to follow the return process.
Where can I check my order status?
You can log into your account at any time to see the order status, all the orders are provided with tracking numbers so you can also track your order via the courier website.
If I entered the wrong billing address, what should I do?
Please contact us or email info@nourluxury.com and we will correct this for you.
How do I apply a coupon to an order?
You will get an option at checkout to enter any discounts codes you may have.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD.
Do you offer free shipping?
Nour Luxury is pleased to offer complimentary 2-3-day UK delivery on all orders. UK customers may elect to upgrade their order to 1-2-day express shipping for an additional fee. To guarantee next day delivery, please place your order before 2pm. We're so confident you will love our bedding, we also offer 30-night trial period, with hassle-free returns. Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in London.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
At Nour Luxury we believe in sustainable packaging. We don't pack our sheets in typical plastic bags. Instead, our luxurious organic sheets come packed in their own individual cotton fabric bags to protect them. These bags are made from leftover fabric from our sheets! So, no fabric is gone to waste. These bags can be reused again and again for storage!
Do you offer gift wrapping on orders?
Our Luxe bed sets come packed in a beautiful box with a ribbon, making it the perfect gift that needs no wrapping.
How do I place an order as a gift order?
Please email us with your order number and gift message at info@nourluxury.com as soon as you place the order. We will then ensure the message is added and that there is a receipt with no price in the box.
RETURNS INFORMATION
What is your returns policy?
We make exceptional products and stand behind their quality. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. (These 30 days start from the delivery date on tracking service.) The products need to be returned complete, with all their original packaging. For all the details, head to our shipping policy page.
How do I return an item?
You can send your return by post. Please complete the reverse side of the return delivery note with the details of the items you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. Please always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return.
If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter with your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and order number if possible. Please let us know what you are returning and the reason for your return. Your feedback will help us improve our products in the future.
How do I exchange?
We have a no-exchange policy. You will have to follow the refund process in order to change the item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please let us know of any defects within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return a gift?
If you would like to return a gift than please email us at refunds@nourluxury.com. We will need your receipt which will be attached with your order. We will then email you the process. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift credit at the moment, therefore the refund will go back to the card used.
Do you charge for return shipping?
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly advise you to use trackable shipping service, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
