Where is my order

It took ages to get my order but sheet was really good quality so I risked ordering a second one. Ordered 26th May and still no sign. I’d like my sheet ..if not a full refund

lovely sheets but terrible customer service

I love these sheets, but this order took more than a month to fulfill, even though payment was taken right away (payment shouldn’t be taken until an order is about to ship), and I got no responses at all to multiple emails requesting an update on the situation. I will not order from the company again.

Best bed linen around

A return purchase as this bed linen is so soft and attractive. Bought at a bargain price. Took several weeks for delivery because of the company's problems. Hope that the firm can continue in the future.
